The sunrises over the sea - and sets. But not quite.
The potential to take this rising/setting sun only arose some time after I had the outline sketched, and was working on another job. The potential to play with the nature of the materials was suddenly exciting and a direction I would like to take more often.
I used TVPaint and learnt more about the tools that can duplicate/repeat, reducing the time it needed. I worked with several different versions of the water, none successfully and returned to the original sketched in shadow on the water, cleaned up only a little. I built on an earlier exercise bouncing a ball (I think we all have a go at that!) - to change the nature of the sun but deliberatley added no squash/stretch as again this didn't seem to suit it.
Sound still needed.
