Master Of Animation, Games & Interactivity

This project is a two player co-operative and competitive game. Firstly this week the design and initial modelling of two player controllable characters was completed. Secondly, fur materials were created for one of the models. After completing the models, the models were imported into UNITY and animations were modified and edited using Animator, while the third person controller was used to set up the character controls. After this, the model's jumping ability was recorded, which will help me a lot in the future with the two-player design (in terms of jumping). The next week will be spent adding new character movements (hiding and object interaction), as well as making the initial template map rooms and completing the debugging of the camera. Problems encountered this week: the border colour fading occurs in the UNITY block overlay, it is not clear what is causing this. Also, I need to find a more effective way to solve the through-mould phenomenon caused by the lack of research on collision body components.

I tried a variety of styles of character design and modeling to see the actual effect. But the hair was never quite right. So I spent a lot of time learning and baking with each other between software to compare the visual effect. Combined with simple scenes and styles it may be that cute little animals are popular. Contrast multiple walking poses, jumping, etc., and some parameters need to be adjusted.Try to animate the rules and mechanics of the game according to the idea, hoping that the player will understand how it is achieved. The lights change because of the perspective and the hidden treasure chests. Two players need to open each other's treasure chests and need to work together to get the keys. There is still some unity work being done to debug the various parameters.https://youtu.be/KNtTWA6Wuo8
