Master Of Animation, Games & Interactivity

This week's IOL assignment required me to develop a fundamental aspect. Based on my camera research, I defined this aspect as immersion. So I made the following preparations: First, I recreated the ground type to make his thematic atmosphere more in line with the atmosphere of case solving. Secondly, I carried out the placement of architecture and environmental plants. Finally, I will continue to optimize the camera settings. Objective to create a sense of atmosphere through new environmental construction and camera settings. Try to continue the auditory and visual perception of the environment and the reception of information. For example, different elves may live in different elves at this time, the role of sound as a complement to the picture content. At this point, I have not finished writing the story content of my game narrative, but in order to improve immersion, I still added the sound of animals with obvious perceptual differences. Method: To accomplish this, use the Unity terrain editor and the blender modeling program code. Result: The terrain and the model took longer to build, so the result was very satisfying compared to the previous environment. But the camera to create the atmosphere of the part was not successful. Reflection: The original camera code does not work well in the new version and needs more iterations to improve. The reason for this is that many of the descriptions of the program code between version 5.3.3 and unity2021 have changed, resulting in bugs. So the code needs to be recompiled.
