Building on my previous walk animation experiment inside of Unity, on the second half of the semester I made a walk and an idle animation for the charcter for my game.
I started out by creating a new rig setup for the character sprite inside of Unity and used the Unity ‘Animator’ tool to create the 2D animations. I used the old walk animation as the base to create this new walk cycle animation. Creating the ‘Idle’ animationwas pretty straight-forward as there is not a lot of movement in the animation.
