Method
I tried to use after effects to create the special effects about using of time.
Response
The first try was fun with AE, I thought AE is very difficult for me to use, however I found it has some similar functions with those softwares I familiar, such as Premiere and Photoshop. For the first try I can only follow the tutorial on youtube but I think i could make some applications using the technique.
The other one I tried was the gif image I created in TVpaint, which I also want to create the effect of bullet time with the sword, however it was difficult for me to draw a fluent frames for it. So I start to try it in After Effects.
