[Week 1] CPS Observation

Hi there, my name is Daien Lyu. This is the first week's observation on CPS.

In response to this week's theme of observation, I made a 3D model that shows a new approach to help people prevent from being drunk via 3D key-framing of animation, Boolean techniques and texturing reflective materials on 3ds Max. By extracting the traits from the Chinese traditional liquor cup, I redesigned a anti-drunk cup. By analyzing Chinese liquor manner behind the cup, I entitled the usage manuals in various occasions. This work shows my comprehension of customizable modelling, product design and analytics. The design is also inspired by the cup I came across on a high-end real-estate sale (unfortunately forgot to take the photo), and the usage is inspired by the compressed capsule that restores health on the anime Naruto. This work is to put the restoring effect on demand feature to new occasions.
