I've drawn on my memories of Moreton Bay to play with the concept of timekeeping for the gym. Each repition of an exercise is 2 seconds out, hold for 2 then slowly bring the weight back for 2. The jellyfish are calm timekeepers with a steady cadence. The cellulose intolerant dugong crept in there despite my best efforts to stay focused.
