It's work in progress, but that'd be the main menu idle animation, before pressing keys.
Once keys are pressed several times, magic happened~ Will post later.
To achieve that kind of thing, I've only used Unity. I've used a plugin called Procedural UI Images so I didn't need to make any sprites, and then I used the standard unity animation and a lot of magic~
