In the past two weeks, I have made a general plan for my studio2 project. Previously, I saw a released animated short film on riot, which was filmed in the form of a vlog, about a girl who became a magical girl and recorded her daily life. I think this is a very interesting lens language, so I decided to use this lens language in my studio2 to produce 2D short animation, In the first week, I made a mindmap of my project. I hope to make a record of the life of a little girl at home during the Spring Festival, because the Spring Festival Customs in some parts of southern China may be different from the general customs. I hope to show some customs in my hometown. The software I will use is TBStoryboard, tvpaint, and premiere. Because I decided to use traditional paperless animation, I will only use this software for the time being. If time permits later, I may record sound, edit sound and make special effects. In the second week, I made a reference search for my project. I found some of my favorite style illustrations, character design, environment design, and so on in Artstation and Pixiv. Next, this is my mood broad. I found some illustrations of my favorite style. A large part of the illustrations is about the traditional customs of the Spring Festival. My favorite is this illustration of lion dance. Lion dance is an indispensable activity on the Chinese Spring Festival street. I think I can refer to the colors of these two lions for painting in subsequent production.
