Abstract
Sometimes, Reality is suppressed and bizarre especially when it comes to the death issue. It is often obscured and agreed upon by chance in different cultures because of the trauma and sorrow it brings to people. Over time artists insinuated and satirize social issues with death and surrealism. They tried to articulate and experiment with this combination of elements in different elaborations. This natural phenomenon is real yet abstract when people are trying to define and present it visually. As Robert (2009) believed ‘Death is an end and a beginning, a pass-through state.’ Abstraction and transformation are used often as a form of interpretation of death by animators.
This surreal animation highlights the emotional breakdown in the afterlife perceivably and infectiously which presents death hidden in our subconsciousness. By breaking the physical limitation on time and space, animation can respond to and interpret the inner journey from denial to acceptance in a visual presentation. As Pamela (2003) has indicated that the whole mixture of visual stimulation creates a flow of individual experience. Through an abstract and experimental performance, this animation intense to induce a diversity in interpretation and feelings after showing a mixture of colour, sound, and transformation abstractly towards death. Intermingling different cultures and concepts of deaths in the animation help audience experience the multiplicity and flow.
