The theme I'm going to paint this week is tangled emotions. This is character design. The tangled girl split into another self. I want to express the confusion and doubt of most women about whether to have children. In most Chinese female families, women have to feel worried and sad about whether they want to have children. Because the pressure of family and society always makes them overwhelmed. So the split character looks like a uterus.
I want to use a fission effect to show her inner world. Her entanglement with a decision made her more and more sad, more and more depressed, and more and more away from her heart. She split up an indifferent self and another emotional self, but they are farther and farther away from her original heart. Maybe in this society, many people have such moments. People suppress their hearts for the sake of the actual situation and problems, making themselves more and more depressed and painful. It has to be said that women belong to the majority in this group. Especially in China. Women are suffering from childbearing problems, facing the pressure of society, the urging of their families and the bondage of traditional ideas. Many women do not have the right to choose whether to give birth or not when they are forced. In front of society and their families, they use indifference to wrap themselves to escape this realistic problem. Behind the fact that women have to compromise, all this is slowly changing with the awakening of women's independent personality and the rise of economic ability.
