I watched some animated shorts and game videos. I changed my mind. In the beginning, I was confused about the structure and technical problems of the whole story. For example, what kind of story is to be told, in what style or with what technology. It took me a long time to find what I wanted. Because I wanted the story to be complete. I now use the storyboard to tell the story and what I'm about to achieve. Before that, I had to learn more skills to support my short films so I used the frog to help me familiarize myself with the software tools, made little squares to learn the animation following effect and learned the gradient effect, which I wanted to achieve in folio.Photoshop, After effect and animate will be the main tools in my project. In future plans. I might add character design and scene-making.
"The Light"
This short film was produced by the Finger and Toe studio Umbo CV team. The short film tells the story of a young boy's adventure in pursuit of light and describes the impact of artificial intelligence on people's lives. I was inspired by the changes in 2D. Provides a way to tell my story and thoughts in a similar form.
"Slow Lens"
I was inspired by Vincent Leroy's latest work Slow Lens and Nao Tamura's earthquake-affected floating device. Their concept design of air distortion and floating in the air that inspired me a lot. These tell us that inspiration comes from life.
