Flower is a game where the player controls a gust of wind, and blows petals through the air. The player "gathers" petals into their gust throughout the game, and also spreads colour and life to the environments; bringing dead fields to life, spreading colour, and activating wind turbines. The developers' intentions were to elicit positive emotions in the player, rather than concentrating on traditional gameplay mechanics; Flower has no text or dialogue, and instead establishes its narrative arc through its visuals and simplistic gameplay.
