CPS WEEK 2: Pixel Portrait Tinkering

In response to the theme of Tinkering, I produced a Pixel art illustration using the Pixaki app for ipad.

By Experimenting with software I have never used In a medium I am a novice in I showed that there is potienal in my illustration work to take on a more "pop art" feel and expression. I believe this aesthethic could potienaly come full circle and influence my future illustration work to appear more vector like and cartoony.

Similar work has been produced by Paul robertson, whose work Scott Pilgrim: The Game explores this theme by Pop Art aesthetics and vibrant coloured charcters.
