Aim: A expriment to make sound work with simple lines and shapes animations.
Method: I used ToonBoom to create these animations and mainly used rigging tool and ped tool to make it move.
Rationale: For the experiment 1, I assumed the sound as a ballon leaking air at the begining and then the line gets scared by the sudden noise.
The next experiment I assumed that the square is the door then it open and close as the sound happen.
The last experiment I imagined that the line reacts to the square and the cycles' movements.
Outcome:
EXPERIMENT I: work with simple lines/scribbles only

EXPERIMENT II: work with simple shapes only
EXPERIMENT III: work with a combination of lines and shapes.
It was fun to try out tools in the ToonBoom and it's easy to use. Works that we watched during the class are inspiring me a lot with these three practices. I never tried any practices that mainly just simple shapes and they work with sound. It was a fun attempt.
-How might sound influence aspects of movement in your project?
In my perspective, if I design movements based on sound, I might consider adding movement when there are beats and bass appear. to emphasize the music's flow.
-How might movement influence any sound design for the work?
I would put bass or the sound would differ or louder when there is a movement that I want to emphasize or something is happening.
