In this week I focus on the effects of stop time, which are unlikely to be observed in the real world, so it need imagination. In fantasy work performance of the most common way is to let the people who have the ability of time stop to walk or fight in the motionless scene, but for a short animation practice, just stop the moment must be boring, so I used the methods of distortion, flame, vibration, crushing, combined with the clock that represents the element of time, then made the animation.

My studio project is a 2D animation about magic and fantasy, so I have been explore different forms of 2D animation to express special effects in IOL. In the first few weeks, my theme was to focus on the presentation method (frame by frame and tweened), and all the tests were carried out separately; In these few weeks, I've been combining both approaches, focusing on presentation and settling on a further theme: exploring special effects that don't exist in reality. I was looking for a combination of the two approaches to create some impact effects.
