Aim
My aim was to play with the movement of different aesthetics by creating loops of three different visual elements.
Method
I started by working on the dancer loop, looking at Sleeping Beuty (1959) for reference. I did rough sketches on papaer first then animated it in ToonBoom. I then made the flower loop in ToonBoom as well, playing around with timing until I felt it had a realistic feel of blowing in the wind. I created the third loop of the snake to experiment with the space.

Overall, I was most satisfied with the loop of the flower, I think the movement was paired well with the design. I think the snake has a more stylised movement and I am not totally satisfied with it, whereas the dance needs a bit more development but it was a good excercise in more complex shapes and movements.
