In the third week of classroom exercises, I created 3 animations with Toon Boom. I wanted to understand how camera movement relates to time and space. In the first animation, I set the bird’s flight space indoors, where the camera moves relatively slowly because of the size of the space. The second animation is in the sky and the movement is very fast, while the camera speed is a little faster to emphasise the speed. The third is a drop. With the original telephoto to elevation the speed is slower.
This exercise helped me a lot in studio 2, where the combination of space, camera and movement is the best way to express the image I wanted.
