I’ve taken a part of my time to go through different iterations of poses eliciting similar tones to see which better conveys the pose better. This would heavily be depended on my use of negative space so that the audience could easily identify at first glance what the pose is and how the character is interacting with the object (if any). I need to start incorporating good use of negative space into my minor project so that each staging is conspicuous to the audience and that the viewing of each frame doesn’t become strenuous.
I’ve also continued to work on the actual minor project and it is slowly moving forward. I need to stop referring back to the anthropomorphic character as the focus of the animation. I need to start tamping the animation with other transformative entities. However with that said, I have begun to delve into that territory, albeit still using the anthropomorphic character. But the animation has slowly started to gain vigour and it’s becoming more lively and I should keep doing this.
