This testing is made to investigate the best effects on the scene that presents the closest relations between lighting and the atmosphere for the narrative. 

Physical VS Emotional Appearance

Considering the source of light (torch), the first test is to shadow a half area of the object (the girl). In another version, the shadow doesn't follow this rule but covers the girl's face instead, which implies the girl is under the trees (forest) and creates even more anxious atmosphere.   

Other Minor Issues

To set up the efficient coloring process, the color plat is created to list up all the colors the objects need. However, I'm still testing for a more efficient way to improve the coloring process. Multiply can be applied to some areas such as skin and clothes. Another technical problem is the fragment of color fill, which is caused by the texture of outline.
