Hair Toss Test

This short 1 second gif was made using Adobe Animate. having made a couple of these gifs already, I am growing more confident in using Adobe Animate. This also comes from my background in using Premiere Pro and After Effects; most of the tools translate pretty well.

What I wanted to explore here was freedom in animating something that has conceptual and technical animation flexibility. In this case, it was the girl's hair I wanted to play around with. I took the idea of a sharp wind buffeting her hair about for a moment. My intention was to experiment with physics in a 2D space, while also exploring my own technical capabilities.

This gif contributes to the intention because despite being such a short moment in time, it evokes feeling for the viewer from a short linear narrative that is understandable.
