In response to the theme of Discussions of Place. I made a maze and a stop motion animation, which shows a jelly bean walking in a maze and finding a way out, using paper jam, express box and other tools. By making the walls of the maze, rotatable mechanism and the chicken-shaped box, I wanted to show a hen ate a jelly bean, and the jelly bean have gone through a wonderful journey in hen’s body. It just confirms the theme, the setting is also the character. Similar work has been produced by Toru Iwatani, whose work Pac-Man also explores the theme by letting players eat beans in the place and use the terrain of the maze to avoid enemies and so on.In response to the theme of Discussions of Place.
