In response to the theme Rules and Forces, I created an illustration by Photoshop and Prisma. I was guided by three rules: 1. Use gradients to colour my works
2. Must be about natural phenomena
3. Use at least a filter
By drawing the mountains in snowy day, I chose the blue gradient and simple shapes to paint the mountains, then chose a filter with a sharp style to give it a unique looking. Similar work has been produced by MRN Shakib. In his work, gradients are used to the extreme. He blending colours by soft transitions then put them into clean shapes, giving simple illustrations an amazing sense of colour.
