CPS-Week#8-Character，Environment and Events

In response to the theme of Character，Environment and Events, I drew a picture about the gold rush by using photoshop.

By depicting such a gold rush scene, I mainly want to show that the social environment is influencing people, and people are also influencing this social environment. Because a small number of people gained wealth through gold mining, attracting many people to participate in the gold rush, coupled with the influence of Western Development, the social atmosphere began to guide more people to participate in the gold rush. As more and more people participated in the gold rush, people found more and more news of gold, so people's behavior further stimulated the gold rush. People don't believe in survivorship bias, and everyone thinks they should be the lucky one.

Similar work has been produced by Alfredo Rodriguez, His work COLORADO GOLD RUSH explores this theme by depicting miners through oil painting.
