In response to the theme of "Time as Material" I created a short animation that demonstrates the moment how people use short cut "Ctrl+Z" to realize backward. Due to the long time working with a computer, especially a variety of software. There are always some moments I did something wrong like broken a cup, my first reaction is pressing the button so that I can start over.
By experimenting with converting 3d models into 2d results,I created the models I need and rendered into 2d animations. Then, shot the scene of peeling tangerine skin and combined them together.
Similar work has been produced by YouTube channel-SysAid, whose work Ctrl+Z In Real Life explores this theme by shooting a live scene and rewind the video, then editing it. It shows the regret moments in real life that be recalled via "Ctrl+Z".
