In response to the theme of place, I drew a series of pictures using digital art software. By drawing those images I want to show how place can limit character. The similar work called PLATO by Léonard Cohen, this animation tells the story of a man who is trapped in a two-dimensional world and wants to capture something in a three-dimensional world. I think in a sense it describes the limitations of the environment on the character.
