In response to the week’s theme of Place, I explored the sky as a space and made a short animation of a girl peeking through from the sky, like it was a window blind.
By making this animation, I tried to see if I can take a place so vast and fit it into something seemingly smaller.
Similar work has been created by Henrique Barone, who in his short film "The Man who saw a boat" combines 3D character animation with a 2D environment and tells the story of a man who lives underwater and has his life questioned when a boat floats over his head.
