CONTEXT
When thinking about objects, an idea of making ‘useless’ objects become useful again popped up in my mind. I concerned about environmental protection and thus I try to fully utilize the object before throwing them away. One of the objects that are always disposed of before they are fully utilized is paper. I did some research on ‘how to make use of scrap paper’ from the Internet and I came up with the following links.

METHOD
I found a pile of scrap paper form a corner of the classroom and the whole ‘Scrap Paper Toy Set’ was made by the paper from there.
RESPONSE
In the beginning, I was looking for a good way to reuse the scrap papers. I found many of them are interesting to me. Therefore, I started to think of combinations, for example, to make a notebook and a bookmark with the scrap papers. Since I like playing games, I’m always looking for a playful way to solve the problem. When I watched the videos of making a paper box and a crossbow, I think of a game to shoot into the paper box. Also, the paper quilt video inspired me to decorate the box with paper scrap of different colours. After I have finished the paper box and its decoration, I continued to work on the crossbow but I discovered that a hot glue gun it needed after I have rolled the papers. At the same time, the video of making a single shot came out which guided me to make a single shot instead. Looking at the rolled paper, I had an idea of making them a pair of chopsticks. Hence, the second game of using chopsticks to pick different objects made of paper scrap was born.
