In response to the week's theme of Found Objects, I made a short animation of a group of spiders living in their burrows and getting into their spaceship, using 3D animation techniques. By taking objects around my room, what I wanted to show is a reinterpretation of the use of everyday objects in an alternate world where concepts like burrows or spaceships can take random forms. That's why the spiders' burrows take form of a siku and the spaceship takes form of the pokeball. The objects shown in this animation were objects available at my bedroom: a siku (a traditional andean panpipe), a spider (a craft) and a pokeball (a toy). Similar work has been produced by youtuber Cool 3D World, whose work offers certain satirical elements, random situations and resignifies the use of objects and beings.
