CPS Week 3 | Found Object | Elliot Gordeno

In resposne to the theme of Found Object, I made a concept 3D render of a product I would create which combines all elements of an at home recording station into one object. This was done using the program Maya and referencing the objects in person. By combining different audio and visual technologies utilizing the fact that they had the same arm mounting system I should that different objects can have multiple unintended uses and combinations, a specific example is seen with my pop filter (originally made for a microphone) being used as a light shade. Similar concepts have been explored by Cameron Chittock who's work "The Adventures of Bottle Top Bill" explores how objects can have a huge variety of unintended purposes and utility.
