In response to the week 2 theme of tinkering, I made a 2d animation of lighting effect by Animate. By drawing frame by frame, I design magic of thunder and lightning, trying some effects, which are the parts that I am not familiar with in my usual practice. Similar work has been produced by Toru Yoshida, who has a good grasp of the dynamics of natural elements in 2D animation.
