Week 2 Finished Object

- In response to the theme of Tinkering, I created a game in Unity Engine to create a trippy-like experience using Unity's Camera system.

- By stacking two cameras on top of each other and I set the 2nd camera to output the render on a Render Texture. The texture is added to the wall material which is linked to all the walls on the level. After experimenting around, I think this can be a new experience to make a new type of horror game with glitchy walls. I just have to test and see if this doesn't tax the performance of the device.

- Similar work has been produced by (Tyroller, 2020) in which he showcases how to recreate these glitchy effects in Unity. In the video, he explains many ways how to “break” Unity and one of the ways is shown in the video that I used on mine (Dar, 2022).
