CPS Week 10 Forces

In response to the week’s theme of Forces, I drew some pictures using procreate by some rules. 

Rules:
1. Use dot and Rough Liner brushes
2. Only use black and white
3. Theme: cats and characters

By doing this exercise I want to show how rules and theme can limit the drawing style. Similar work is a series of sculptures produced by Kirmirai called “The son of the oyster”, which show lots of different shapes of oysters combine with characters. The work expresses that nature and life, neoteny, animism -- all things are energy. Every tree and grass, flying insects and animals, may be sustenance of life and inspiration.
