CPS Week 1 - Observation

In response to this week’s theme of observation, I made a poster of seagulls in Procreate. By observing the photo I took, I found the seagulls have opposite characteristics. This gave me inspiration for the poster character design. There are two seagulls in the poster, one of which is extroverted and the other very rational. It inplys potential conflict between the seagulls. The poster shows two very different characteristics of seagulls, representing they are brothers but also rivals. I use butterflies and moths to visualize their disposition, as butterflies are colorful and moths are relatively gloomy.
