Description:

In response to the week’s theme of observation, I draw a series of sketches just by pencil. First, I took photos for those corners I normally would not notice to see what are the possibilities I ignored about my room. By rotated photos upside down to see what they look like. I was trying to figure out what are the important outlines within those photos and draw those contours. I imagine what if those contours become buildings, how will they look like and I got 8 perspective sketches to show internal and external spaces. Similar work has been produced by Clinta Vidal Agull, whose work “Gravitant” explores that what if there is no gravity and what are the possibilities if we live in a upside-down life. (Spain, 2018)
