Character and Events

Portray lonliness through character and its environment captured in the event.

Method:

I will take a big size of paper and draw an island. I will use my camera to zoom in to show the island where the character is and then I will zoom out to show that the character is all alone in the area and there is no one around him.

When I zoom in, it looks as if the character is on a holiday or at home enjoying but when it zooms out, you can see that there is no one nearby and just the character. This makes us understand the characteristics of the character. The character is lonely, wants to be far from everyone. I zoom out to show the map at the end to show more distant events.

Character and Events is interpreting the character that is formed based on events and place. It’s about how we describe the personality of a character with the piece of information we have. This assignment was to think about how can we create a place or event to describe the character?

I thought about a personality of a character who is lonely. I thought about how I can show that through events and place. I thought about drawing a house with the boy outside and then zoom out to show that the character is on an island and tere is no one around him.
