I'm trying to show ptv data using non-textual representations. This visualisation is using particles to show the number of people scanning on (entering ptv system) and scanning off ( leaving ptv system) at flinders station. With 1 million unique myki users most days this is giving a sense of scale to the subsequent heartbeat representation of patterns of movement.
