For this exercise I have used the theme of time to explore how I can give agency to the user by allowing then to control time in a 3D space. This has informed my studio practice by showing me how giving agency to users in a 3D environment can also evoke emotions, something I am exploring in my studio.
Theme: Character & Time
Method: Using Unity I will create an interactive work that allows the user to reverse time
Context: This response has been influneced by the Square Enix videogame 'Life Is Strange'. This game gives main character Max Caulfield the ability to rewind time and explores how this impacts her decisions and emotional connection with the events and characters within the game.
Response: I have created a simple interactive piece using Unity, that allows the user to 'rewind' the position of the cubes within the scene by pressing Enter.
