I've spent some time figuring out how to create a teleport function for my virtual reality experience. This style of movement is a lot more efficient for my project, allowing the user to 'teleport' around the environment, hopefully limiting any motion sickness thanks to the fading between each transition.
I have also managed to get triggers to work with this teleporting (as seen in the sphere animation in the video) which I will continue to use to create the changes within my environments.
Despite the way the reticle seems to glitch when I export the scene to my mobile, I feel this is a good stepping stone that I can use to further advance my prototype.
