APD week4 Play and Place

Theme:
Play and Place
This week‘s theme is Play and Place. I designed a loop animation for the Address of the Gucheng building in Beijing in different periods. One person runs from Beijing during the Republic of China to Beijing in 2022.

Method:
In the beginning, I wanted to find some information about the ancient city building, because I wanted to combine the buildings with Chinese characteristics in different periods to feel the changes of the times. This is also an artwork.

Context:
This week's theme is Play and Space. I think that place is not necessarily limited to a place in a certain period, and it is not necessarily limited to a city built in the present. The buildings in the same place in the past, people's lives, and the means of transportation used are also a kind of art about the place after the changes of the times. Therefore, I decided to use the changes in a city from ancient to modern to create a small animation test to reflect the theme of play and place
