Week 2 Finished Play

Theme

- In response to the theme “Play and Time”, I created several timelapse showcasing how my early morning routine is which is between 6 30 am til 8 am. I overlaid the 3 timelapse on top of each other so that 3 versions of me do similar tasks every morning.

Context

- Still, a WIP but will update this later.

Method

- I carefully kept my camera at the same location every morning and recorded what I did 15 minutes after waking up. I kept it in the same place to avoid too much ghosting of other objects when the videos are overlaid in the video editing software. I recorded the video in timelapse mode to make post-editing a bit faster.

Reflection

- This theme really intrigued me, it made me wonder how it will look if I had over 10 timelapse overlaid on top of each other and how would it look. This does make a good job for archiving videos as I can get to see different interactions each day for each timelapse.
