Theme: Play and Stillness

Method:

Stop motion filming, sound recording and editing.

Context:

After our discussions in our small groups I went out into the hallway and began recording. I started to feel peacefulness and stillness. I also started to think about Stanley Kubrick’s One- point Perspective and the emotions that those famous images bring.  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=flq0t4jrqJQ    

Response:

Once again I found if I just stated recording / making something, the ideas and creative play would naturally come out and reveal themselves. I also recorded an air conditioner and the end of the hall for some ambience which added to the footage.
