Master Of Animation, Games & Interactivity

The topic of this week is TIME.  This week we learned that time is mutable in animations. Time can flow forward or backward, speed up, slow down or stop. We may need to play with time to make our own ideas more effective in animation. This allows us to better illustrate ideas.

Based on what I learned in this lesson, I used the premiese that I came up with, "If you rewind the clock, time goes backwards." Of course, it would be too wide in its current state, so I proceeded over a single watch. Otherwise there would be chaos. We can control the time using this clock. But this only happens to go back in time, and at most, it goes back 12 hours. This restriction will open a new possibility to the story of the animation. Our hero can only go to the past, and while doing this, she must choose the right time because she may not be able to relive the good things she experienced in that day. It would be best to show not only the good but also the bad effects of the hero's choice.

The video about Satoshi Kon caught my attention. It really inspired me to see this use of time and space in an anime. The way he puts the scenes together is particularly clever. I've never seen anyone do it this well before, although it's not unique to him. These transitions are so strong and excessive that even a blink of an eye can cause you to miss the scene. That connection between a man who died in one of his jobs and the windmill was really beautiful.

This makes for much more attention while watching his work. In today's world where attention is very distracted, it is necessary to concentrate only on anime to understand his work.I want to make animations in the future and I will definitely use this technique.
