Animated Narratives Week 8

This is the storyboard I made for folio2 in week 8
I will translate automatic speaking of a mental truck in my friend's song into entity-a journey in a strange city. There are two narrative lines in the journey, a line is reality(the true city), another is full of absurd images(giant snakes with money pattern,devourer, brains be imprisoned, harmless holy statue...). But in another way, reality and hallucination can be converted to each other, to metaphor man made 'beautiful society' and the essence of social operation.
To explore the theme-time this week，I would change the narrative rhythm, let reality and illusion intersperse with each other and become faster and faster, until finally dumptruck loses his reason and control.
I got some inspiration from the work of Canadian muralist Mike Parsons, who created a lot of graffiti murals about twisted, weird cities or monsters that personify cities
