The topic of this week is Story. We learned a lot of new things about the story this week. We talked about the effect of narration on the story, the types of narration and its depth. Every story has its ups and downs. Stories are often written on this rule. It either starts when everything is going well for the character or everything is going badly. And then the story oscillates between getting better and getting worse.

Based on what I learned in this lesson, I used the premiese that I came up with, "All the children in the world left the world by getting on the spaceship that was waiting for them". In the story, the children board the spaceships waiting for them to leave Earth. All the children in the world, with the help of their social media, are starting a revolt against their parents. They don't want to live by their rules anymore. And for this, they constantly produce content that supports each other on social media. Somehow, the signals of these contents reach extraterrestrial beings and they come to the world to fulfill these wishes of children. Although all countries are against it, they cannot affect the extraterrestrials and the children set off with them from earth to another planet. The remaining families are starting to work to bring them back, but they neither have the technology nor knowledge about space.

The Lost & Found animation was among the best animations I've ever watched. It really impressed me. I think the danger of the fox's situation is not well presented in the story. Despite this, the story was quite successful in general. Dinosaur never stopped saving the fox. Even though dinosaur knew he was going to die, he did everything to save the fox. Likewise, we saw at the end of the story that the fox will do everything to save the dinosaur. Even when the fox was on the edge of death, she was trying to close the door in her last effort to prevent dinosaur from dying. I think it was a very good example of what can be done for love. Their behavior towards each other in this difficult situation showed how strong the love between them.

After watching the Lost and Found animation, I learned that even "speaking" or words are not important for storytelling. The pictures on that phone shown at the beginning of the story and the dinosaur's realization that the bed was empty were enough to show the love between them. This will be one of the things that will be on my mind when creating a story for a game or animation. You don't need to tell everything in the story with someone's words. Sometimes looking at a single scene is enough to tell the story.
