The character. - He was a particularly loyal dog.

What do they want? - His owner died accidentally while walking the dog.

What's in the way? -  The dog was so loyal that his owner wouldn't let any stranger come near him, not even a doctor or a nurse, when he needed emergency medical attention, which led to his death.

How is the goal achieved/not achieved? - The dog thinks his master is just asleep and still won't let anyone come near him.

How does the concept resolves? - The dog ended up at his master's grave waiting for him to wake up.

Story:He was a loyal dog and one day on a walk his owner collapsed on the ground with a heart attack. The people around him saw it and immediately called the doctor, but the dog didn't know what was happening, all he knew was that he had to protect his master and no one could hurt him without his master's orders. In the end, the dog's obstruction led to his death.
At the final funeral, the dog sees his long-lost master sleeping in his 'bed' and tries to wake him up, but instead of a warm hug from his master, he is greeted by the disgust of the people around him. Not knowing why, he could only watch as his master was buried in the ground. And he is left to watch over his master in the grave.

I am writing a story about a dog this week. In the story, the dog's loyalty seems to screw everything up. From a human point of view, the dog is the most important reason for the death of its owner. If it wasn't for the dog everything would still be in place. But from the dog's point of view, he is not a human being, he doesn't know what is happening, he only knows that 'I have to protect my master'.
Through this story, I want to show that everything or character should be 'flexible' and that there is no absolute bad or good.

"Hachi: A Dog's Tale" is a film about dog loyalty, and the storyline of a dog who continues to wait for his owner to return even after he has died gives a perfect ending to the story. It also inspired me to write the ending of the story.

This week I learnt that I should build a story instead of just existing in an 'idea' like before. What I need is enough content to fill my idea, and group work to complement the original idea from all angles.
