The topic of this week is MOVEMENT. This week, we learned the correct use of movement in animation and interaction.
Based on what I learned in this lesson, I used the premiese that I came up with, "When you touch an item twice, it starts to move." This came to my mind as a game idea. Whichever object the player touches twice, that object starts to move. A game about the player trying to escape from the level by using this mechanic. There are people who are looking for her in the level she is in and she is trying to escape or neutralize them by using some objects around. Of course, the player can move the items of the people who are looking for her with this mechanic.
Baths (Łaźnia), animation was absolutely beautiful. At first glance, it distinguishes itself from other works in terms of drawing style. The first time I saw it came to my mind the pictures that the Greeks used to paint on vases or objects. As the animation continued, I was really impressed that these older swimmers went back to their youth and relived them. The fact that they were in another time zone when they entered the water really added a better meaning to the animation. I was wondering what would happen as I watched it from start to finish. I really like this creative use of movement. I learned a lot from this animation about movement.
