Animated Narratives 2022 S1 - Week 9

This week's topic is how time can be used in the staging and communication of narratives.
My story is: Whales stranded on the beach.
For this week's CPS, I created an animation.
Through this animation, I show a stranded whale waiting and being rescued. The process of finding and carrying out a rescue can develop into different stories, for example, too much time stranded or too few rescuers can lead to the death of the whale. Through this theme, it became clear to me that the relationship between things can have a different impact on the storyline and the ending.
This animation also responds to the same theme of this week's AN.
The animation Yum Cha by mieille has many moments of time slowing down. The various momentary chain reactions are also shown in a better way.
