Todays List of things to do:
-See that everything in unity is working all right.
-Model a new Planet in Blender(sample planet), that can be use for multiplayer.
-Imported to unity.
-Fix a few things in unity I forgot to fix from las feedback.
-Start implementing multiplayer(split-screen).
End of Day what was done:
At the end of the day, I got to do mostly everything in the list, I did the model in Blender first , even-though I don’t like the model of the planet I went with it so I could start coding and looking at tutorials of how to do do the multiplayer in unity.
I saw a few tutorials they talked about Lan an network connection for multiplayer, but I didn’t see why I would use this and couldn’t understand it all that well, so I went the split screen route and see if it worked, at the end I could get it working the problem at the moment, is that the camera follows one tower and switches to the other tower as soon as you hit the directional keys in the keyboard, I have a feeling that it has to do with something in the input part of the code. I also mapped the directions keys for the second player to W,A,S,D.
Next tasks.
-Get the follow camera working to target each tower individually.
-Research a bit about Split-screen and multiplayer in Unity
-Code the input of two different mics to control the different towers.
-Arrange UI two a two player UI.
