Context:

This week I decided to change my story by communicating with teachers and friends around me. Because when looking for references, I found that the “sky river” setting is very common. There are many similar illustrations, which means that the story may not be very refreshing. I began to think about how to make the display of stars interesting.

I began to think about the various ways in which stars appear, and finally, I got inspired when browsing the shopping software. Perhaps the stars are an image, and the night sky is a curtain. Finally, I rethought my story.
Story:

A man(or another character) sitting on top of a mountain carving a wooden ball, he carved small stars on the wooden ball, the sky is getting darker and darker, finally finished before the sunset, he will be the sun's last rays into the wooden ball, the night sky reflects a myriad of stars.

Motivation:

At this stage, I am looking for a retrospective investigation of this work. At first, I just wanted to make a beautiful animation. The picture is beautiful, and the story is fresh and romantic. So apart from the combination of sound and aesthetics, I can't think of any other inquiry, because my story doesn't have any plot at all, and I don't have anything special to express.

Method:

I've been drawing storyboards with PS.

Impacts:

I thought about how to inject light into the wooden ball. My idea is to use the form of dislocation. When the sun sets, the position of the sun and the wooden ball coincide, so that the sun seems to enter the wooden ball. Unfortunately, this form doesn't seem very understandable.
